To Have a Great Customer or Not To Have

In this post, we will definitively determine the quality of our excellent customers.
Let's cross our fingers and remember that our worries are always bigger in our heads than in reality!
After putting in the work on something new, we're finally getting our reward: we'll know exactly how many good or bad customers we have.
The harsh reality is that many people will have stopped along the way.
You should be proud of yourself for sticking with it.
What doesn't kill us...
You probably had a few issues along the way, but you got through them.
Downloading customers' purchase history was tricky.
Pivot tables were a challenge.
Finding the yearly costs or the balance sheet was difficult.
Finding the time to move forward or come to our events and fix your issues was a big challange.
But you did it.
You overcame all these issues.
The prize is near.
Let's hurry up and grab it!
Step # 1: Retrieve the Customer Purchase History and the Customer Cost
We have worked hard for our two main values, and we will not stop until we get what we want.
Now, we are going to combine them.
Chris had several course offers, so she selected the first customer cost and customer purchase history.
Step # 2: Highlight All the Rows with an Equal or Less Value
If you stopped at the top 10% of customers, you still wouldn't know whether they were all good customers or whether they were also costing you money.
This next step is essential.
Chris opens her customer purchase history file and selects the colour.
All cells in the amount column with a lower value than the customer cost are now red. The rest should be green with the filter.

How many green cells are there compared to red ones?
I bet you're surprised.
Step # 3: Iterate for All Your Offers - if you have multiple ones
You're done!
You've almost got there!
Just one more step and you'll have clarity.
If you have multiple offers, repeat the last step for all the offers.
Each of them will give different results.
Chris has three offers. She duplicates the worksheet a couple of times and then just changes the value to the filter. She can see the results for each customer and also which offer they're currently purchasing.
Time to get them to buy something else?
